How does the app work?
The app allows you to seamlessly take before photos, match with the after photo via ghosting or gridlines, create cases, push to your live website gallery, and share to social media.
What devices does the app work on?
Perfect Photo works on iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, and Android phone. Capture on whichever device you have at the chair.
Do I have to use the website gallery?
If you want to be able to share your photos to your website with the click of a button, you need our gallery system. If you do not have it, you will have to upload your own cases to another system in the format it needs to do so.
Can I import existing photos into the gallery?
Yes. Send us your existing case files and we'll migrate them into your gallery.
Is there a trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 30-day free trial. You'll add your card on the Stripe checkout page, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract, and it is month to month, however if you are using the website gallery system, you will need to continue the monthly payments to keep that on your website.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time. If you cancel the bundle, your published gallery stays live until the end of the billing period.
What is the cost?
The app and website gallery package is $150 per month. The app only is $100 per month. The website gallery only is $100 per month.
Is the app HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Perfect Photo runs on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure via our cloud provider (Digital Ocean). Patient images are stored securely.
Do you offer multi-practice pricing?
Yes. If you run multiple websites or locations, contact us for a bundle price.
